Louis  Finishes T-6th in Stunning Return at World’s Biggest Junior Golf Event

March 14, 2026

Louis makes a great comeback at the international stage. Louis stepped back onto the course at the prestigious Junior International at Sage Valley, South Carolina — the biggest event on the junior circuit — and delivered a remarkable T-6 place finish after spending almost entire last year on the sidelines recovering from injury. The result is all the more impressive given the extended break from competitive golf. Louis‘ return to a tournament he clearly holds dear to his heart demonstrated both his resilience and the depth of talent that was never in doubt during his recovery.

„This tournament means a lot to me. The course, the atmosphere, the people — it’s a place I always dreamed of coming back to, and to compete here after everything I’ve been through this past year is something I’ll never forget. Finishing sixth feels incredible. I have to thank the tournament organizers — they’ve always made this feel like home. And my team… I wouldn’t be standing here without them. They believed in me even on the hardest days of my recovery. I also want to thank our sponsors for their continued support — it makes all the difference and I’m truly grateful.“

With a top-six finish already secured on his return, Louis has set his sights firmly on the future. He is already looking forward to competing again at this tournament next year, with renewed confidence and fitness on his side. The Junior International at Sage Valley is widely regarded as the premier event in junior golf worldwide, attracting the brightest young talent from across the globe each year.
