After a three-month forced break due to a back injury, Luis made a strong return to tournament play with a convincing victory at the Al Zorah Mixed Amateur Open in Dubai. The highly competitive three-day tournament was dominated by Luis, who finished with a score of -10, five strokes ahead of his closest competitor. The event took place on the beautiful El Zorah course. With this victory, Luis secured a wildcard entry for a Challenge Tour event, which will take place in Dubai in the spring of 2025.
